Feeling the mid-week slump? Take a break with Centred Outdoors! Enjoy one of our many public parks right here in town. We will walk a short, lunch-break-sized loop to get some fresh air, socialize with new and familiar friends, and stay connected with nature during the week! Bring your friends, neighbors, co-workers, or anyone who could use a little time outdoors. No registration is required.

This program consists of easy walks at local parks. Conditions will vary but these walks are always rain or shine! Any weather-related cancellations for severe storms will be announced on our website and social media on the morning of the walk.. Participants should come prepared with:

• Sturdy footwear

• Sunscreen and/or bug spray

• Bottled water

• Trekking poles, if desired (some will be available to lend)
