Adventures in Conservation: Forest Bathing and Poetry Writing

Join us for an outdoor writing opportunity while we notice the beauty of the forest, make a sound map, and even write a small poem or two, all the while reaping the health benefits of being in the midst of one of the few remaining old-growth forests in Pennsylvania, Alan Seeger Natural Area. The area is named after the World War I veteran and poet, so it is fitting that we find ourselves continuing his work in the area named for him.
