One of our most popular Wellness activities returns!
Join us at Soaring Eagle Wetland for a fun, beginner-friendly Drum  Circle. Leading the drumming session will be friends from the Jana Marie  Foundation. Their direction makes it easy and fun for all!
Some drums and percussion instruments are available to use. You may  bring your own - drums, buckets, pots and pans, anything that sounds  good!
We recommend that you bring a chair if you are able; some sitting cushions available.
