In December 2022, ClearWater facilitated the completion of a conservation easement on a 55-acreproperty located off Blanchard Street in Bellefonte in partnership with and on behalf of the Centre County Farmland Trust (CCFT). The easement was donated by landowner David Litke, ensuring that the land will remain open and undeveloped in perpetuity. As described by CCFT's president Dan Guss, “People living in this densely developed area will be able to forever enjoy having beautiful, open land nearby."
